At the heart of Radiant Filters Trading Co LLC is the visionary leadership of Mr. Joyal Joy, a second-generation entrepreneur from Kottayam, Kerala, whose business acumen and passion for excellence have redefined the filtration industry across the Middle East.

Born into a business family, Mr. Joy took over his father's filtration company, Radiant Filters, which then operated only three branches in Sharjah and Dubai. Under his visionary leadership, the brand rapidly expanded to a strong network of nine branches across the UAE, including locations in Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Dubai, Fujairah, and Ras Al Khaimah.

Recognizing the demand in regional markets, he founded a new brand exclusively for Qatar — Professional Filters — which now operates successfully from two locations: Al Wakkalath and Al Attiya Industrial Area, serving the nation with high-quality filtration solutions.
